1. Extrusion defects.

Due to the completeness of the extrusion equipment, the maturity of the extrusion process and the improper operation of the machining aluminum profile extrusion process, defects such as bubbles, inclusions, layering, color difference, and distortion will occur, affecting the quality of the aluminum profile.

2. The thickness of the oxide film is thin.

The national standard stipulates that the thickness of the aluminum oxide film of the building should not be less than 10um (micrometer). If the thickness is not enough, the surface of the aluminum profile is easy to rust and corrode. In the random inspection, some aluminum profiles without production name, site, production license, and certification have an oxide film thickness of only 2 to 4um, and some do not even have an oxide film. According to expert estimates, for every 1um reduction in oxide film thickness, each ton of profile can reduce the cost of electricity consumption by more than 150 yuan.

3. The chemical composition is unqualified.

Aluminum profiles mixed with a large amount of miscellaneous aluminum machining and scrap aluminum can greatly reduce the cost, but it will lead to unsatisfactory chemical composition of building aluminum profiles, which seriously endangers the safety of construction projects.

4. Reduce the profile wall thickness.

90 series sliding window type, according to national standards, its aluminum profile wall thickness is not less than 1.4mm, some products are only 0.6 to 0.7mm. For 46 series ground-floating doors, the wall thickness of the aluminum profile used by the national standard is not less than 1.62mm. During the random inspection, some products are only 0.97 to 1.18mm.

5. Inferior aluminum profiles greatly reduce the closing time.

The loss of chemical reagents is reduced, and the cost is reduced, but the corrosion resistance of the aluminium machining profile is also greatly reduced.
