Die-cast zinc alloys require high corrosion resistance and excellent physical and mechanical processing properties, so the requirements for impurities are very strict, such as Pstrong <0.003%, Cd <0.002%, Sn <0 001%, must be used in alloying Zn> 99. 99% of the purest zinc. The alloy composition also requires high purity.

Die-cast zinc alloy refers to a series of zinc-based alloys containing 4% Al, 0.1% to 0.3% Cu. 0.03% to 0 1% Mg. This kind of alloy has the best fluidity near the eutectic point, but the creep rate is too high under high temperature and high pressure conditions. In order to further improve the physical properties of zinc-based alloys, casting machining performance, change alloy elements and their composition to form a new die-casting zinc alloy series.

Gravity casting zinc alloy is a high-strength, high-toughness wear-resistant Taiwan gold, has excellent processing performance and casting performance, used to replace copper and copper alloy (bronze) as a bearing material, the cost is only 1/2 ~ 2/3 of bronze , Used as bearings, bushes, worm gears, etc. Two series of ILZKO and ZA are popular internationally.
